Making Spring Plungers - Part 1 (of 2)

I needed a particular spring catch mechanism, and so designed one out. Later I learned what I'd designed is called a 'spring plunger,' and is available for sale. I was already well into building by then, however, so I just finished up what I was doing, and documented it for those of you who like watching really random how-to videos.
