Yeah, but what's the manufacturing speed compared to the 1099N? If you're going to make that a cost competitive box compared to traditional nailed boxes it can't have double the cost. It's been a hot minute but you used to have 2 machines with a high rate of production. One at 80-90 boxes per shift and the other machine was 100 to 120 boxes per shift. If you're not doing at least 75% of that it's to slow. Well maybe it's possible but those Dixon automatic screwdrivers need to be a LOT better than they used to be.
