Musically, sonically, beautifully superb as a song in every department. Love it. I heard this first on 6 music working with a builder in a cold cellar in winter, couldn't wait for it to come on every day. Thank you Jane Weaver.
The best track opening I've heard in a long long time... Gets my ears pricked every time it hits the airwaves... has an early 80s or even late 70s feel about it... Awesome!! Thanks to six music for another 2020 gem 👍👍
This song plays in a higher league than 30k views, more than 2M views at least. It should bring in some small resamples/collaborations by other famous artist (early Mark Ronson style) and a little less confusing video in Vertigo style that gets stuck constantly on a non-sexy sweating salesforce-ceo, when more focus should be on a mesmerizing Jane. Well played the song has a great chance to be one of the hits at all the dance-clubs 2021 post-corona. The funky rhythm and vocals is perfect for that arrangement. Even if this tempo is seducing, a remix with higher tempo on the slower parts will make it even better for dancefloors.
Such a great song, which is why it was satisfying to put it on a playlist of over 400 songs by female-identifying vocalists I recently made for all the fury and frustration we are having right now: : th-cam.com/play/PLtTpAIqD_OG8n9Tl5ufEMsxC-w1hBKAho.html
This is a strong pop track but there's nothing else to listen to from the Flock LP so I'm in two minds about pre-ordering yet. I've read that the album will be a departure from the other music Jane has made and it's difficult to know on the basis of one track how much the music has changed - I liked Jane's previous stuff because it was layered and a bit proggy - I'm not personally a huge fan of pop. Hopefully there will be other previews before the March release. Good luck with the LP anyway.
This makes me happy to be a fat, sexless, finished nihilist, thanks! I have no meaning.. its like a form of freedom. 🧠🙂🍄💥 because i look at myself and find nothing, its perfect.
I like Jane Weaver, but ʞɔnɟ BBC 6 Music and their sad, desperate taste policing. Excuse me for a minute while the cogs grind in my head as I try to work out if I can admit to liking this, or not. 🙄
I didn't know anything about this singer and now I want to know everything...
not even 1k likes?? how on earth is that possible...
Jane and her ladies using their powers against the sleazeball I love!
This had me revisit the song Pitch the Baby by Cocteau Twins.
BBC 6Music brought me here! This is an awesome song.
Edit: specifically Marc Riley
WOW !!! Once every six months I find a GREAT new artist/song and this is it !
One hell of an album.
incredible.

I’ve been searching for this song for YEARS omg
Can’t wait to see Jane open for The Chills here in Portland next month! What a night that’s gonna be.
Why is it unsettling,
Jane and the women unite to use their power against the creepy guy though.
The best song I've heard from Jane Weaver. It's got a bit of funk to it and some inscrutable lyrics.
Awesome stuff, feel like I can hear a slight St. Vincent influence here. Can't wait for the album!
And now St. Vincent's new stuff sounds like Jane Weaver haha
Yep, 6 music do it again!
Hello fellow Weaver!
Tune.... absolutely brilliant! Goldfrapp and lonelady inspired I’d say
My new favorite song of the year!
What was your old favrourite song of the year?
@@Vinterbukser The One , the Lemon Twigs
Based.
The guitar sound reminds me of Steve Hillage
something about it reminds me of a nine inch nails track i can't quite put my finger on it. sounds gorgeous regardless.
Just heard this on Radio 6. Never heard of her but I'm loving this!!!
Get her modern kosmology album.its amazing.
Large back catalogue of material stretching over 25 years was originally in the band kill laura , anamazing artist .
Same here
I do look at myself and find nothing. OK. As a fractal. Nothing or something cannot be resolved. Look outside and enjoy. Thanks Jane
Brilliant song , great video !! The wait till March for the release of 'Flock' is killing me.
Everything about this is great. A standout track of 2020 and straight on to my 2020 playlist.
Dangerous Minds brought me here.
I am not disappointed :-)
This is superb! Real throwback stuff but done fantastically well, love it!
Cool. Cheers from Perú! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
An inspiration. As always. Can't wait to hear the full album.

Do you even look at yourself?
This comment deserves more looks 😂
Ha ha ha ha ha I like you!
They are just jealous of real talent.
They find nothing.
Picture this...driving in your car.. getting all green lights...you have to be feeling suave and sexy while this song is playing..mmmm
Think she’s pulled
Good song sang by Deidre Barlow
this video is everything haha
The man in this video just happens to bear a slight resemblence to Philip K. Dick. This could explain the video's style.
That guy is super sleazy.can imagine him pulling you into a toilet cubicle and rodgering you senseless....
I'm not a Buddhist but I looked at myself and found nothing. It's perfectly fine. It would have upset me when I was younger though.
Fantastic tune. What's with the naff video though?? Ironic?? The brilliant Ms Weaver deserves better
one for the vain among us...

How are you doing now brother
Sounds like David Bowie
dilemma: very good track / ultimate bad video
Who's the hot daddy in this? I want him.
Блин, жалко мужика.
Weird video, panning to the sweaty guy most of the time.

Peerless as ever
