Thank you for this illustration,i needed to see how to remove the whole 3rd brake light housing to clean access dirt beneath it.I own a 2013 Tahoe and every time i go wash my vehicle,dirty water keeps leaking down my back hatch and window.I been thinking of adding some sort of weather stripping under the 3rd brake light to prevent dirt from getting under it.
Thank you very much for your video. Today I added a red LED stipe across the edge of my spoiler and wired it in with the 3rd brake light. Needless to say my project went without a hitch again thank you for the video.
I'm trying to figure out how all my brake lights are suddenly not working!!!! Including the 3rd brake light!!!🤔🤔 Weird.... but I guess I have to troubleshoot
I replace mine but sumthg weird goin on when I test it without the housing it come on but when I installed it in the Housing and Screw everything back together on the Truck it don't come on What the Hell goin on that's Weird u have any ideals what it may be do it need to be Grounded or Sumthg???

Don't even need to pop that cover off. Can do everything by just opening up the window
