I remember as a teenager, if you were going to sing tenor, you had to be able to sing "I'm Gonna Miss You". That was one of the songs most sung by street corner groups.

The Articulate Artistics Ambum should been a smash album but I believe it wasn't because the whole album sounded exactly like the Temptations and I believe people saw that album as a Temptations ripoff or a Temptations copy even though the group was very talented and even though that album had some very good songs

Highly collectable by not only North soul, but soul music collectors as well Sadly not as popular as Temps, Miracles.... The Artistics Have a great catalog of music.

Very under rated their live show was outside, I would put them against anybody including the Temptations
I want you to make my life all over was my favorite one favorite by them I saw preform that on soul train too bad those early episodes of soul train weren't recorded there a lot local acts like them that on there like the love-lites and the notations some never hit big nationality but well known here in chicago thanks for giving the artistics their props here

There is something about that Chicago and Philly Soul that I like. I'm not sure if you ever covered. The Intruders, The Moments, The Delfonics or The Stylistics. I believe that the Spinners and Intruders are still not in the Rock and Roll Hall-of-Fame. I believe that the Intruders were like the Miracles in terms of Gamble and Huffs first group from before, and The O'Jays were like the Temptations, with not stopping hits.
My favorite of theirs: "I'm Gonna Miss You".
