Guyss i need help. So basically, i had bought this pedal but i didnt have a power supply so i bought a 9V dc cable which i attached to a phone charger adapter and directly plugged it in a switch.
It wont turn on , the pedal can someone troubleshoot what im doing wrong😭😭
Im new to this whole guitar thing and im genuinely clueless. Like do i need to buy an expensive power supply or smth

The polarity of the plug from the power supply must be in right way. Usually the power supplies for common electronic devices have plus inside and the minus outside but the pedals have minus inside and plus outside. So you can change it (soldering) or take a adapter or take other power supply witch has the right plug
