When the girl in line told you not to drink coke with the Howlin chicken, what she most likely meant is not to have any *carbonated beverages* with the chicken.

Geographic tongue is benign, and harmless, (I have a minor form of it lol *don't get stressed while you're anaemic, kids*) so nah, or at least, not that I've ever seen. It's just sensitive, he's ok. It also comes and goes so he might be having a 'good tongue day', you never know lol
