I was 8 when Bananarama started out. I will be 50 in a few weeks time. These girls have been with me through everything! I'm so proud of their success, and how today they still carry on making new music. ❤
Forty years on, and Bananarama continue to release new music better than any of their peers from the ‘80s. Fingers crossed their team can get them a few performance slots on prime time TV because this could easily be a big hit with proper promotion. Well done Keren and Sarah!

Beggining: like a OMD - Enola Gay. Sounds very nice and curiously.
Far elements in song are a with typical techno/dance style, but still better than other music from standard radio stations. Some sounds are like in early 80s synth-pop and techno songs from Kraftwerk, i have this thought right. Song generally is more darker than "Feel The Love", but his valors are nostalgic. Congratulations!

One of the few unchanging things in life right now. Even though missing one member, Bananarama continuing to bring us their sounds, their hopes for a better future, their musical warmth and happiness that we treasure from them for all these years.
I don't think they're missing a member. Sarah and Keren have always been Bananarama. Siobhan is wonderful, but her heart was elsewhere from the beginning, as was Jacquie's. If they'd remained a trio I believe they'd never have had such longevity.
Definitely missing a member. Siobhan added something positive to the group's dynamic. I find it strange the way they never talk about her in interviews etc.
@@Rick121uk I think they don't talk about Siobhan, or Jacquie, because for years they were constantly asked what happened to them and it detracted from what they were doing as a duo.
I do love Siobhan, but had she stayed then Shakespears Sister would never have happened, and that would have been a massive loss.

It was Siobhan who didn't like the pure pop direction Bananarama were going to with the album "Wow" and hence decided to leave and form her own indie band Shakespear's Sister. And that was 35 years ago in 1988! Since Siobhan never had done a tour with them, they invited her to do the "Original Line-up Tour" in 2017/18 to great success. What more can you ask for as a former member who let her fellows down back then?

BTW fun fact the last full-on supernova was a few hundred years ago (according to this thing I saw on tv). So bright it literally lit up the entire night sky for 3 weeks, and it was almost like daytime. How amazing is that!!
