Yeah so does mainly always have to bring diapers with her to school because a school that I went to in the summer they did actually provided the diapers

I guess most schools don't provide them, had a similar problem in elementary school but by using your own diapers you can wear the ones that fits you the best.

@Alexandra Williams Some kids need longer with potty training, others may have a weak bladder or bowl, are dissabled, had an injury or are incontinent for other reasons. Sure the majority of students in elementary or even later don't need diapers but there are kids and teens who need them and there are alot of diapers specially for older kids or teens. Diapers are for everyone who needs them, not just babys.

Well technically that's not always true because some teenagers do wear diapers and some teenagers don't wear diapers because back in the days when I went to high school and when I would come home and when it was late at night I would literally would put 1 on

Hi! I have a few questions, as a mom and sisters of Ashy, specifically her older sister, do you guys ever have concerns about Ashy in school? Like as far as her being Non-verbal and not potty trained? Would she be able to somehow communicate with you if someone were mistreating her? How does she identify pain/discomfort?
I have a little brother with Autism but he is verbal & potty trained although sometimes my mom still has some fears every now and then about foul play or mistreatment in/at school.
I’m sure she attends a great school with great staff! Who know exactly what they’re doing & how to do it!
But I was just curious & wondering.
I love this channel! Just found it a month or 2 ago. I’ve been in a special class from 1st grade until 12th. So I’ve made a lot of best friends with children like Ashy🥺🥰
You can let me know what you’d like to answer/share but you don’t have to respond/answer those questions if you guys feel that’s personal and want to keep them to yourselves as a family. :) Cuidate y bendiciones a todo.

Une famille qu’il faut admirer car d’avoir une enfant autiste ce n’est pas évident

Im glad I found your channel! I'm still in the "getting to know you" stage, and I hope you don't mind me asking you this.. How do you help / deal with her periods? My 11 year old daughter is also non verbal, still on diapers, aand just got her very first period few days ago.. Good thing is it happened this very summer vacation, so I get to take these matter first hand.. Please give me tips, any ideas what I should do in case her period glow gets stronger in the coming months? Please help, nobody was able to help me here, they all live their own lives 😕😕😕😕 I live i Germany..

Pampers & Huggies & Luvs only fit my kids up until they were about age 5. After that, you need to get larger diapers called YOUTH diapers. You never want the diaper too small or else it will leak.
