Yes you can, but I prefer Mustard oil because it's strong and pungent flavour adds a good taste in pickle.

Mam muje 2kg ka achar banana hai to kitne qantity lagegi masaloki

Ye approximately 1 kg achaar Bana hai, aap masalo ki quantity double ker do aur sarson ka oil
Bhi double quantity m lo. Neebu ki jagha 1/4 cup sirka use karen.
