I was a Donut Expeditor/Lobby cleaner at Dunkin Donuts. I made sure the Donuts were well stocked and I boxed them up for customers after the cashier took their order and had to keep an eye on the lobby when the donuts looked well stocked.
I recently got hired by dunkin donuts and I was hoping this video would help me just to see the kind of stuff they have to do. Lol I wasn't dissapointed.

However, within the hours of the early afternoon till 6:00 PM, there's still the potential for rushes to occur. I like that cause I know that in places like Burger King and Wendys, they're always busy so Dunkin Donuts allows a breather to go clean and do other stuff work-related or not cause talking to your co-workers and friends is always nice, I know that would be severely impractical and/or near impossible in other places, especially McDonalds.
+Solar Terran afternoon shift is terrible man, afternoon shift is the cleaning shift, that's when all the mopping and scrubbing is done, yea morning shift gets busy but it's better than having to mop and clean the machines
Ha there is no training it's first day working on the busy shift and there's no time for anybody to show you anything, and I'm not going to show you anything anyway cuz all they want to do is just get everything out fast fast fast, and then employees in a mood, they don't want to talk to you and tell you anything like how to make anything and then they complain about new employee being slow. no wonder people don't get orders right because there is no training. the managers don't train. Dunkin Donuts needs to produce a video for new employees to watch before putting new hires out on the floor. that would increase their productivity, make workers want to stay, rather than putting up with all the frustration of not being trained
