    This is great exercises but you have to wait more than two days to allow your muscles to recover. This type of exercise strains the muscles, joints and tendons very much and recovery is important. This type of training should not be done unless you have built up the body with other exercises first. You should do exercises like this 2-3 times a week and you should also do exercises like squats and lunges to strengthen the muscles. Look at my channel if you want more information.

    1 thing: He´s heel must not touch the ground.. always stick to your toes, when doing repeatly jumps.

    didn't say that this dude is doing it right (he's definitely not), just saying that the principle of making long jumps on one foot isn't necessarily wrong=)

    those 1 legged jumping exercises will destroy your knees. imagine your landing with the full weight of your body with just 1 knee. this are for short term success only.

    i've have been rehabilitating people who does this. Im physiotherapist who specializes in sports rehab. I just care for people nothing more. At age 30 plus you'll see.

    hi i am japanese and an eighth grader. i play volley ball in my shcool.
    so i want to jump very high because i can only jump about 30cm .
    what should i do? please tell me something

    ... go search for "parkour stride" and you'll find videos of people doing onelegged jumps far greater than the ones he does in this video... and it doesn't destroy your knees - that is implying that you've trained your knees for it first.

    It so bad.. Foot your down.. Foot need keep up. And jump step must be longer... The all wrongly motion.. Please remove his vidoe from youtube.
