    I think before login elderly people should have an interactive 2 min tutorial and a walk through of the application. This would help them a lot with the functionalities. The tutorial videos should be also present in the different batches like how to book a cab, how to provide feedback, what to do if in danger, how to change languages, how to have different payment options etc.

      It could also be a tutorial + set up video. The app keeps prompting after each step, what to do next, kind of like holding a little child's finger and guiding him through a busy lane. Also, if the difference between two consecutive logins is significant (in the terms if the number of days) then the tutorial should repeat itself - kind of a refresher course.

      Better send video on WhatsApp separately...they can get lost if you ask and throw too many things on them

    PM Product development questions should explicitly state the goal that we are solving for- acquisition, engagement, revenue. The case solution starts after that. Also one should ideally state the pain points after user segmentation. Post that we can provide solutions that solve for each pain point.
    Kudos to the amazing ideation & brainstorming though, in such short time.

    When we are telling Google account for login, most elderly might not have an account or might be using some secondary account of their children or grand children. In that case, the age we are extracting would be wrong. It's better to go with clicking on age categories.

    For cab options , I think priority should be least cost or highest comfort . For them, more than time it is the comfort which matters

    sending link so that the app can be directly downloaded to an elderly person's phone will create a huge cyber security risk. i mean imagine the level of false messages they will receive from scammers, claiming them to be from your company. this app will fail and the potential class-action lawsuits for unauthorized access or undisclosed actions on the customer account alone will bankrupt this startup

    1. Increase GPS accuracy cannot be a function of Uber App as it's calibration is primarily a function of the device. Max you can automate the calibration process but don't know how much of that is possible.
    2. Lowest Price option is vague as it will increase false age registration accounts.
    3. There is no way to verify if the customer is actually elderly unless the driver has the option to report it.
    4. Security of the elderly shall be taken into consideration.
    Also, what if elderly people start misusing the feature? They register it for them, book a cab but asks der young children's to get in.

      He never said lowest price option will give them additional discounts. He said sorted by least price.

      KYC will help uber verify age pretty easily

    Regarding awkward silences, in real case interview the candidate takes time to note and contemplate regarding the given response. This was a rehearsed video where the candidate had memorized the responses. Interviewers seek spontaneity and organic behavior especially in terms of body language and conversation so that if hired, the candidate can have an organic and informative conversation intra and inter organization.

    How many of elderly people having their own google account in thier mobile phone, most of them are using someone else's google account so how can you track the correct age ?
