Any ipad compatible with apple pencil and procreate.
For more budget friendly options, the ipad air 2 is a great option. Otherwise ipad pro will have you sorted 😁 good luck

What brush did you use when colored tiger with orange, I can't do this gradient
I believe it was a watercolour brush i downloaded, you should be able to do this with the soft airbrush
