    Thanks for making these videos! Unfortunately, many of us lack the funds of taking art classes these days so this is the next best thing🙏

    I have a bachelors degree in illustration & now I’m gunning for a tattoo apprenticeship, and even with loads of formal art training I’m still gaining so much knowledge from these videos. You’ve given me a lot of quick methods to freehand my own original tattoo designs without over relying on references from google and pinterest. I can bang out a ton of those cherry blossoms at all sorts of different angles by thinking about them as those circular shapes, they make great filler. Really helps with my confidence and keeps me from overthinking it all. Thanks man! 👍🫶

      No screen protector, it may be a technique thing? If you push too hard it might be slipping. But there are paperlike screen protectors that I hear simulate the texture and feel and are very good

    Thanks for sharing your knowledge just a quick question do you have a screen protector on your iPad just asking because my pen skates around really uncomfortably I spend more time deleting than drawing

    • @DaggetDesigns
      @DaggetDesigns  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No screen protector here, i’ve seen some really nice “paper texture” screen protectors that may offer more grip. Otherwise there are rubber nibs for the pen that may help 😁 all the best

    I am not sure if youve done one, but could you show us how you would shade on procreate? (If you take digital designs that far) Waves / bars would be a nice example IMO.

      I’ll deffs consider doing something on that! I dont tend to take my digital stuff that far, mostly using it as a sketchbook but I have done so before so i’m happy to 😊

    I never understand what people mean by "flash tattoo". Could you explain or clarify that for me please.
    I've seen a lot of creative tattoo artist use "flash tattoo" on their social accounts as a point of sale product, but confused on what exactly falls under that category.
    Any insight would be appreciated.

    • @DaggetDesigns
      @DaggetDesigns  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Flash designs are usually considered to be small tattoo designs that can be tattood very quickly and directly off the “flash sheet” or sheet of designs. They where designed on sheets and posted on tattoo studio walls and designs got chosen directly from the sheet 👍🏼😁
