PILLOW PAINT - PPG Multi-Pro Interior Eggshell White (47-3110)
POUR MEDIUM - 35 grams BEHR 3300 + 70 grams Polyurethane Triple Thick Water Based Semi-Gloss
*Tube Paints - add a small amount of paint to PM until you get desired color. To thin use JoSonja Gloss Varnish mixed with water (3:1 ratio).
*Pigments - disperse in JoSonja Gloss Varnish then add small amounts of PM and mix. Use BEHR 3300 to thicken, if needed

I love this technique! I have never seen it before and would love to try it myself! Anything I should know before testing it out? Did you have any sticking points or learning curves for this technique? Happy pouring my friend! Love your style!
Hi!! With the pleats I would start on something smaller if you can. And make sure the scoop you’re using is large enough to hold all of the paint (this was an 8” round with a 6” scooper).
If you hold the scoop closer to the canvas when pleating it seems you get less pillow bubbles, but you’ll need to guide the pleats more and if you hold it higher up you get smaller pleats that form naturally, but you’ll be filling in a ton of pillow bubbles. I can’t wait to see you try it!

I had to come back and edit lol. Are you gonna try Shelee's ripple wave? She got a way bigger shovel! Ima need to quit my job or take a vacation to find time to try all these new things 😭🤣 I was at the dollar tree yesterday and remembered those large silicone cutting mats. I have some! Those are stiff enough to hold some tonnage in paint!!
I ordered a big pizza scooper thing yesterday that should arrive Wednesday! So I guess the ripple wave is just the pleat but does it diagonal with blues? I’ll ask her next time I talk to her. The last one she moved the spinner while she poured so maybe that’s it, too. Hard to keep up 😂
