      In theory, yes, it's great only if your fat intake is from Animal fat, grass fed or wild meat to be specific, it's dense in Fat soluble vitamins, and bio available water soluble vitamins,
      However the problem is, after a certain amount of time, months up to a year,
      If you're not supplementing Copper and magnesium, you'll develop iron overload, these minerals are antagonistic to each other, Meat is full of iron and zinc, but low in copper and magnesium, you must keep them balanced by Copper & magnesium supplementation,
      Iron overload causes liver damage and oxidative stress, and if especially if you're on a high fat diet, you don't want your liver to be comprised, fat requires the liver to release more bile to digest it .

      Best way to assess if it's a capsule: cut it open and sniff. It should be odorless. If it smells like fish, it has oxidized and gone rancid.

    He didn't even mention that fish only have imega because of the algae they consume they don't actually produce it naturally it is a by product and you get many unclean unhealthy by products from fish. As opposed to foods such as hemp hearts that naturally contain high lvls perfect 1:2 omega 3 and 6 ratio

      Sir If u are health consious the just go for the Seabuckthorn juice which i m using....it contains all the omega 3 omega 6 omega 7 and omega 9....and other 190 bioactive compoundes ...u can google or you tube Seabuckthorn...and its uses...
