The airline president needs to upgrade their passenger identification system to identify who gets on and off their planes. Technology now exists to add a photograph of the customer to an airline bording pass and a baggage claim ticket. Policies need to be implimented and enforced to ensure that their employees can properly identify customers. Simply repremanding and/or firing an employee working under an antiquated system will not solve the problem.
Ruth should get demoted to baggage handling, to do those heavy bags for more than couple months, to make her lose that attitude... *grin*

She was so disrespectful to the passenger right from the beginning. I have assisted thousands of passengers in difficult situations, and advised them of their missing bags from the system. She should have done it on her own without the involvement of her president of the airline! However, she should be given more training in order to help more customers in a similar situation!
