Awesome, man. Proud of you! This is exciting stuff and I got to see a big chunk of the journey. I have a big bookshelf where I keep all my games with stickers, broken cases, residue, missing discs, etc. Once in a while I dive into that and work on it. I have a large table and goo gone about 25 game cases simultaneously.
I use the Dymo 4XL thermal printer for everything. I also use third party labels, which saves a ton. I'm considering getting a quality printer so I can make replacement cover art but I've had very poor luck with printer malfunctions so I'm unsure. Not sure what else you could consider, seems like you're on top of everything!
