I’ve explained the difference ad nauseam and in the end they just go with some Canva designer from a poor country so they can pay them less, that’s the design world in 2025 and I’ve been doing this for 15 years
Sadly true, my best advice is to contact people you used to work with and ask if they heard about a job opening you can apply for. Usually these are better jobs and often the person recommends you and gives you higher chances of landing a job.
