I love them too. The first time I used them, I unwittingly breathed into them and then sat in a beautiful sparkly cloud! LOL

They look so good on black card, I've only ever used white, thank you for showing this, off I go looking for some black card.

Love the idea of using a die cut piece instead of using a stencil and the embellishments - wow, not something I have seen or even thought of :)

Thank you for the video. I love Gilding flakes but never knew about using the double adhesive to go with the flakes. Looking forward to making things now.
I'm really enjoying your January techniques series, Ann-Marie! You reminded me that I have a tub of gilding flakes from a series of classes I took years ago that haven't been used since. I like your idea of using adhesive sheets and think I'll try putting the base layer through my Xyron to see if it works. The class used a stamp pad which became sticky when heated (to gild a stamped image). Interesting that you said you like "clean crafting" -- me too! Hugs, Gaila
