Was reminded of this interaction because of Veigar Big Brain shenanigans and Not sure if the interaction was fixed but in the previous iteration of arena big brain checked the AP in the loading stage before the round not as the round began. This allowed for a fun interaction with master of duality, I was playing Xin and went full attack speed smacking the target dummy as much as possible to increase the AP and went into rounds with ~10k shield from big brain.
@@KingNidhogg 14.14 patch notes state that big brain wont benefit from master of duality, but if they really did change it to just not work with this single source of temporary ap that'd be extremely lazy lol

Hello, sir. I heard you say that you cannot get the same dragon soul twice in arena. However, this has happened to me a few times now. The way it works is that the Dragon Heart rolls the soul after the augment rolls. So, if you roll a dragon soul and don’t pick it before the Dragon Heart rolls, you can get the same soul twice. It actually gives you the soul twice, and you get 7 stacks of Dragon Heart. However, you don’t get Elder any earlier. Love the vids btw
In this version of arena, it's not nearly as strong as it used to be though I still think if you get it first augment, it's really good. You get your ult a round faster to secure some early wins and if your champ's abilities scale off level, they just keep going past 18. But yeah, in previous arenas, imo, it was a lot better.
It’s a tempo thing. Think of it like tft where you’re guaranteeing round 2 and getting ur 16 before anyone else. Matters for passive scalars like Zyra plants or a couple others. I actually really like the idea of the augment it’s just that I don’t need it to win lmao.
It's good combined with roa for guaranteeing top 4 placement on any class / champ that benefits strongly from xp like Swain. By the time being 3-4 levels up stops mattering the game is already down to 4 teams

I’ll give you a tip about it though since I’ve done it a few times: with Tap Dancer, chaining crits scales your speed from crits dramatically. If I’m correct, my highest speed I hit was 2783.
You can take phenomenal evil on lillia and it stacks pretty well. I dont know what it is, but i think it stacks on lillias passive. Essentially the same augment set up in this vid but with lillia and you will get a comedically large amount of ms. Love your vids :)
