Hi bro, how do you feel about Russian? I peacefully) they are very druzhelyubnye, but not all( and this is pechalat and take off you can easily communicate. They can even teach Russian words such as privet, poka, kak dila, and so on)
What if you added new terrain or had a larger cast?
You could also remove the danger if you used nerf guns, but airsoft is also nice, since it raises the tension.

For TTT you could have a grenade simulate a bomb for the traitors. Grenade is placed where everyone can find it, but only the traitors are allowed to pick it up/use it. And then body armor that anyone can pick up to be able to defend against the grenade.
I feel like something like this would actually work as a “Saw” style final battle in a thriller or horror movie. The people are kept there using bombs sewn into their body, and if they don’t say Polo the bomb goes off. The guy calling Marco would have an actual gun, and the point is to survive, not just to not get hit. If you’re hit, you can keep playing. The eventual ending would either be the characters survive by just surviving, or they manage to wrestle the gun from the villain, or one of them doesn’t say Polo and uses the bomb to kill both himself and the villain. I think that it could work.
You should make a cool down for the shooter to say “‘Marco”, say he can only do it every 15 seconds, and give the evaders a better chance of maneuvering and grabbing the “feathers” but give the gunman more shots.
place a dozen or so challenge cards in a hat and polos would pick one and they have to do that during the game for example Sam draws a challenge card from the hat and it requires him to hop only to move. but of course you guys can figure out some wacky challenges to trip each other up.
Make it a larger location then after a certain amount of time the boundaries shrink for the ones calling polo. Then for the feathers on the head make it like a flag football belt.

As far as I know airsoft shotguns don't really work like it's real counterparts. I pretty sure they just fire more than one bb with little spread.
Just use a airsoft grenade launcher and you'll have your spread
No they make shell ejecting ones that shoot up to 10 bbs. (Possibly more i dont look into them that much) im pretty sure they used a shell ejecting super shorty in one of their older ttt games
The problem with it is figuring out if the hit was from the spread or the ricochet with the many pellets spread. It would make it hard to officiate it.

One of the punishments for another round (if you choose to do it) should be having to shout "POLO!" louder than everyone else. Not only does it encourage that person to stick with bigger groups of people, and possibly commit friendly fire, but it becomes a mad scramble to get away from that person.

My main suggestion would just be: play more so we get more videos!! 😂 The rules are pretty damn entertaining as they stand, the feather idea really was a good addition. Different locations and players are enough to keep this a fresh series for a while before any more changes. Please milk it, because this is rad.

Perhaps have different strands that offer something like forcing another player to say polo twice for a turn. Maybe plant it on the chest for increased difficulty.

Some punishment ideas if you guys ever do airsoft TTT again
- Has to lay prone to shoot
- Can only use weapon one handed with non dominant hand
- Can only shoot at someone not looking at them
- Must shake hands with each person they speak to, every time
- May only unholster weapon when going to fire, and must quickdraw.
- Can only fire when sliding on their knees
- Must make police siren noises when aiming weapon
- Has to ask somebody for consent before drawing their weapon
- Must take every opportunity to come up behind somebody and scare them
- May only move by transitioning between covers (think third person cover shooter)
- Must switch mags every shot
- Every single statement must be a lie, or the opposite of what you mean
- Must skip everywhere
- Must monologue all of your thoughts like an edgelord protagonist
- Must high five everybody before being allowed to draw your weapon
- Every shot has to be a "trickshot"
- If somebody gets shot, you have to drag them to safety
- Must wear very very dark sunglasses

If you're willing to play longer rounds, have all the Polo's roll a D4 and what ever # they get, they have to set their phone timer to that many minutes with a loud alarm. However Marco has to shoot once every 30 seconds, in other words put a time limit. If you're for some reason not shot after your alarm goes off, you can ditch your phone, but you have to hold it for the initial alarm and chance to shoot at you. This also makes it harder for the shooter as the room becomes filled with music and noise mixing together. Also, maybe give Marco a shotty.
If you did this in a smaller room you could use a lightsaber toy instead of a gun. Instead of saying Marco Polo you could say R2-D2.
They need to prank someone playing this. Blindfolded person can actually see and they keep shooting the same person every time. Downed person getting shot over and over again would be hilarious.

So many times guys were moving after the shooter called MARCO.... there should be a penalty for moving post MARCO. Maybe they should have to make an additional continuous noise to make them easier to locate and shoot? Humming? Repeating POLO? Clapping? Something!!

If the feathers are points in the game, everyone has to pluck them before the shooter is out of shots. The guy with the least amounts of feathers is executed by a burst in the buttcheeks and is out for the next round.
This is a cool game.
My suggestions,
You can't lay down, but you can hind behind others. (crouching is OK)
Duel wield. Half the shots though. (Pistols only, UMP would be broken due to the spread)
One of the prey carries a grenade the hunter can use. (only one of the prey)
If two people are taken out at once. Next round they have ankles tied together. (really only works with the ump, duel wield, or shoty)

Polio means you have paralysis from the waist down, so, every time they say "POLO!" everybody else gets Polio for a few seconds.
