    Your right about the fish dish costing around £100 with drinks and desert, it's very expensive eating out, so you're treating us by showing how it can easily be made. The stir fry also looks tasty. Have you made a Jambalya recipe yet? the one with rice and meat etc in one pot. Or an old fashioned Jam Roly Poly made with suet topped with custard, those were the days of school meals for sure.
