- Thai King Maha Vajiralongkorn's second son visits a Bangkok temple during his surprise first trip back to the kingdom in more than two decades. Vacharaesorn Vivacharawongse, 42, has spent most of his life abroad following his parent's divorce in the 1990s.

I truly feel how unfair it was on him and his brothers to be exiled for something thats not their fault. His father the King should be ashamed for treating his sons that way. But I hope the can reconcile. Should the King die before any decision is made Im sure the govt may declare him King by birthright,
@@rosofficesolutionsinc1572According to the current constitution of Thailand, if the King doesn't appoint an heir, the National Assembly can approve a princess or a prince. Howver, Mr.Vachareasorn doesn't hold a royal title ' Prince'. The King appointed Princess Sirivannavri (the sister of Mr.Vacharaesorn) as a major general.
@@lananhnguyen3698 indeed. i feel many monarchs do not prepare well for the future of their monarchy. This can easily result in future instability especially if the heirs are considered weak and various factions fight for control.
@@rosofficesolutionsinc1572 Many young heirs of other countries are trained well in order to perform royal duties,such as Princess Leonor of Spain, Prince William of the UK, Prince Christian of Denmark, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden,... All of Europe heirs was trained in army. King Rama 10 was trained in a military school in Australia. Princess Sirivannavari is more suitable than Prince Dipangkorn. She is smart and strong. I hope she will learn Law and Politics and follow her grandfather's footstep. A major general must serve country and people. She spent many years on her own brand. Mr.Vacharesorn is smarter than his sister. However, he is too old to be trained in military. According to Thailand constitution, the mornach is the supreme commander of all Royal forces.

You knew about our Royal well ? 🤣🤣🤣 Yes we have king 10th and we have our princess already . You’re not Thai people . King 10th very please us his resident he donation a lots . He did manny things nice and sponsered the schools long term until now . However so manny people who have job at his school never teach the children to know about him but his kindness is the truth . Don’t discredit our King 10th but learn about him. Our princess Tee pungkorn never rush or present himself like hey hey I’m the next king our princess is so greatful to his father king 10th . King 10th ascended the throne when he was 64 ,he’s so greatful to king 9th .
He only allowed his daughter back to Thailand in the 90s but not the sons. My theory is he was afraid they would overtake his title somehow. Skip him and go right to one of them. He had 0 regard for them and his sons had to fend for themselves financially health issues and all despite their father’s 25 billion dollar allowance. SMH.

Monks and Nuns do not need to bow to Royalties, because Royalty is still subjected to ignorance, rebirth and death and is "prestigious" only to the normal people but real Monks and Nuns are prestigious and precious in the whole realm of Samsara, practicing the Path to Nirbana, Bodhicitta and etc.
Hence, if a King accepts bowing from a Monk, his merits are deeply affected. So, in order to protect people and truly execute the practice of Liberation, real Monks and Nuns treat Royalties just like any normal person, do not differentiate and also do not bow to them.
