I have taken great care of my skin and even though I am 70 I don't need foundation. The Dior dreamskin intrigued me...and voila...I love it! Thanks for your wonderful way of showing ways to increase our beauty without looking overdone!

I've been avoiding Kosas as their products go bad too quickly. I believe they recently tried to launch a line of lip liners that were spoiled upon arrival to influencers so they pulled the plug on them. Sad as their products look lovely. It just seems nearly impossible to get through them before they would go bad. I'm like you and usually just do my skincare routine daily and skip makeup the majority of the time. 🙂 I have had that bubble powder on my wishlist for a while though. One day!

Why am i discovering this video now even though i follow you for a long time i dont know. But your suggestions are divine as always and the Chanel Opportunity stole my heart! On me i think it will match my lips because even though i very fair they are pigmented. As for powders, i think the one i will try with a puff, that you have recommended in many other videos is the Givenchy libre given my skin is very oily. It’s disappointing but I went to Estée Lauder’s website. The SPF has denatured alcohol pretty high in the ingredient list. They make another SPF that is all mineral and doesn’t have alcohol.

I was one of the people insisting you to try Westman Atelier powder, I’m so glad you have and I’m so glad you love it! I adore their highlighters too, I have both you have and would definitely appreciate the pink one without a glitter. As for Kosas concealer, I don’t have it, the only product I have from this brand is the bronzer, which I really like. But I did hear from someone that over the time the products get this funky smell, that’s why I was hesitant to try it. Wonderful video Angela, I’m going to try some of your skin recommendations - thank you!

I have very sensitive skin too so this will help with good choices. I have a bad breakout on my nose which is very unusual for me to have. So many beautiful choices.
Hi Sandra :) If you live in Europe try La Roche Posay Effaclar duo cream. It always works for me. I also use it as evening skincare at the times of the month when my skin tends to get breakouts. You can layer it with other creams too if you have dry skin. Apply Effaclar duo first and then if you need apply additional moisturizer on top. If you live in the US Effaclar duo is different. Then I would recommend Paula's choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant. It works well on breakouts. But make sure to use a gentle moisturizer on top. xoxo

I didn't have an issue with kosas smell but I since switched to rose inc. Their concealer is every bit as good if not better. I think you would love the brand. I like kosas but can't live without the rose inc now.
Hi😊 are you using the rose inc tinted serum? How do you apply it? I’ve used it with a brush but not convinced. Today I used fingers to apply and think it’s just as nice as the brush but with less waste. 😊
@@dawnmarie240 I'm still figuring that out too. I usually put it on my hand and then stipple with a brush before applying to my face but you may be right about getting more product with fingers. Maybe the best way is applying with fingers and then using a brush. I may try that.
My plan tmrw is try apply it with fingers then blot over with slightly damp sponge@@amybowman9906 good luck anyway - we’ll get it right eventually 😁
Hi Angela. I can’t help you on the concealer because I have never used it. I love Sisley shadows but have never find a shade suitable for me on the foundations or tinted moisturizer. Hope you are having a great week and that everything is okay. 😘😘

Oh you will love the blush. It fits your style so well and I think it will look fabulous on you. The highlighter has tiny glitters which you might not like but if you wear foundation and mixed with the blush it's not visible. Have a great day! xoxo

Re. Concealer… Kosas is wonderful, usually a good shelf life and no weird scent. But if in doubt, toss it out! Great video. Warm thanks

@@Frenchforaday I love the video. The Kosas concealer has a notorious short shelf life because it is clean beauty and doesn’t have the normal preservatives. Pretty quickly it starts to smell like mushrooms. Have a nice day ❤
@@EefVoorbraak Exactly right. It is a bit of a con really. Who can afford short shelf life cosmetics? Plus, the waste. I stay away from these clean, green, vegan products for this reason.
Oddly, in the vlog Kelly Gooch released today, she also mentioned that the KOSAS concealer goes off very quickly.

Hello Angela! This video has been by far one of my favorites and extremely helpful.
I have combination and very fair skin like you. I also started having breakouts this year (which is not common for me) around my chin and struggle with large pores on the sides of my nose.
I have used Genifique serum since I was 15 (I am 37 now) and it is great. I have added two more serums.
My skin can't stand heavy creams or serums.
Have you tried Guerlain's youth watery oil? And if so, has it break you out?
And my final question is out of all the skincare products you mentioned which ones do you consider have the lightest texture?
I am really interested on the Renergie serum. Is it too heavy?

Hi Danielle and thank you so much for watching my videos. If you prefer lighter textures, you will not like the Renergie serum. It's more moisturizing and heavy. I don't think that you will enjoy the texture. The Genifique serum has the lightest texture. About the breakouts, we are the same age and I think we might be going through some hormonal changes. If you are based in Europe you can get the La Roche Posay Effaclar duo cream. It gets rid of breakouts very quickly. About Guerlain's youth watery oil. I've used it and I like it but I won't repurchase it. I didn't break out. It was lightweight but it still feels like oil on the face. It didn't improve the condition of my skin. It's pleasant but does nothing for my skin. About the Dior Dreamskin - It's like a light moisturizer. It doesn't leave a greasy residue on the skin. I think you will like it. It gives a nice blurring effect on the skin. The only downside is that it is very fragranced. So it all depends on the sensitivity of your skin. If perfumed skincare is bothering you, then it can be a problem. Otherwise it's a great product. xoxo

I should definitely try the Estée Lauder sunscreen and I also hope Gucci Westman comes out with a shade that is just pink without the glitters. I am not so sure what happened to your Kosas concealer, but I think it is the best to throw it away, in my humble opinion. It is a shame, but it is better to be safe than sorry. @@Frenchforaday The problem with these clean, vegan products is they will go off quickly. Going preservative, additive free is an admirable quality, however, it will mean more purchases more often, and more waste.
How do you apply the Sisley liquid eyeshadow? With your fingers or with a brush? 😮

Hi Angela i have Kosas concealer for awhile now, but i havent used much, and it smells ok. About WA peau de rose i dont have it. I have peau de peche and i used once. I dont like its just not natural looking, for me i prefer Sisley touche de soleil bronzer It gives that beautiful glow and Sisley blush highlighter the pink one its also gives that beautiful glow, but natural. How would you compare Dior skin glow with Chantecaille pink tint. I havent tried Dior, but i love Chantecaille. It brightens and blurs and glow , and most of the times dont even need foundation. Hello :) In Europe you can buy shade 0 only from Sisley's website but sadly they don't ship to all EU countries. I know for sure they ship to France and Italy. Go to Sisley-paris.com and see if you can find your country - there is a drop down menu. And here are the Italian and the French websites. For some reason they are not included in the drop down menu. I also agree with you that Gucci Westman should leave the glitter out of her super loaded tinted highlighter...it is the reason I don't purchase them.
No, you are not imagining it, the Cosas concealer changes to a very unpleasant smell very quickly. I am not sure if it actually goes off, or just the chemicals change after opening the product, but this is my second tube, and exactly the same happened. Stopped using it, as I cannot stand that smell, also dont want my husband smelling it on my face.

I think , highliter is too much shiny . It is noticeable on you and unnatural. Sorry, this is only mine opinion.
