Turbo cars are where it's at!

I get my new garage in 3 weeks. We'll be putting out turbo videos at the same time. I am seriously considering those headers for my revamped turbo build. My 6.0 block looked "ok" when I had it apart. I could have probably polished the crank and put in new bearings but everyone says to leave it alone.

Right on brother, hope your new place is sweet. Moving is never fun. Would be good to see some videos and see how your build is coming. Take care brother 🍻

What a bummer. I also had o ring seal issues with my pickup tube and had to weld another flange on so 2 bolts would hold the tube against the oil pump. My LS3 runs about 25-30 lbs at idle and goes on up to 60-70 lbs when revved. What oil pressure were you running that caused you to check into the pan and pickup tube? Hoping my 25-30 lbs at idle are enough??? thanks for your videos.

My idle oil pressure was between 20 to 25 which felt low. The oil pressure would rise up to around 60 when reving the engine. I changed the oil and noticed a lot of glitter and large metal particles in the oil. I think the engine had enough pressure to continue running and might have survived but I didn't want to keep running it and eventually ruin my crank and rods So I pulled the oil pan and saw big flakes in it.
