I like watching these highlights... when it is more balance btwn the two teams. Gives no context of what Duke did well. Makes ND look like Clemson or Alabama.

Devin Swearingen I think Notre dame has the skill positions to win the big game this year. It’s been a wild year of college football almost not happening. They came out with a win, it shouldn’t be reflective of how the team will perform this year simply because we have seen the offensive lines potential last year, they basically had no contact practices and things will get sorted out. I think Notre dame is one of the most disciplined programs because of their ability to develop 3 and 4 star players. Give it time this year, tackling will improve, we have speed that kills this year, Brendan Lenzy, Chris tyree, Kevin Austin, Avery Davis, Lawrence Keys III, not to mention a group of solid tight ends which includes tommy tremble and my new favorite Michael Mayer. Notre dame is set to have a great year, if we go into the Clemson game not injured and healthy players I think this will finally be the year we get through the ceiling
NBC is Notre Dame’s broadcasting network, why would they show duke highlights? (Also they did show dukes solo td so not sure why you’re complaining...)
I think we will get beat by north Carolina, Clemson twice, and Boston college. We might go to the ACC championship and put up a fight but Clemson is too strong and our Offence line is just BAD....but its Norte Dame, you never know when they are going to show up with heart, this is why I have always loved Notre Dame just like my Redskins and yes...I will always call them the Redskins...HTTR
@wholly33 The only way Book plays in the NFL is if the NFL players were to go on strike as they did in the mid 1980s & "scab players" replaced them. Even if something like that happened, Book would still struggle to make an NFL roster.

@Paul Blaurt it wasn’t horrible it was the first game Irish got the win gave ND a chance to see where they need to make adjustments saw some really good things Williams had a great game and special teams did very well. Offense could have been better could have put another 7 on the board at the end but again first game and defense did exceptional but there can be improvements. Not a bad win to start the season, go Irish

i am a huge long term ND fan. But these highlights are so biased. Its the ND show. Duke is a very respectable team, but you would never know it. Reality is always better--and more interesting--than make believe.

@@possiblepilotdeviation5791 So Book had a mediocre game that equals struggle? Our running game was good. Defense and Special teams looked fine. Again, winning by 2 TD's does not equal struggle. Failure to cover the spread in your first game is not cause for worry
Yeah, im a little worried too man, I will admit! BUT, keep in mind, this is SUCH a young team yet! Once things get clicking, I honestly feel that we will be UNSTOPPABLE!!!! Its just gonna take some time, hold on, it'll be worth it! Or I could be wrong and ill eat my words in the future 😔
