- This time at the Quick Speed Shop I'm using a couple of different methods to straighten out the bent frame rails on my 1995 F250 Project Green Machine truck. Check it out.
Please like, share, and subscribe I put out new videos every Wednesday and Saturday.

Nice to see a low budget fix instead of just throwing money at it like most of the other TH-camrs seem to do. Thanks for showing us your technique, it looks good so far.
Got no money to throw at it like the big guys!
Excellent work. Proving that heating the chassis rail always make the pull much easier.
Awesome job. I have had to straighten some frame horns with heat and a winch and as long as you don’t get it to hot or keep it hot to long it works good.
BAM! Ye Olde Quick Speed Blacksmith Shop repairs an F250.
Thank you. This was perfect im going to have to do this to my Toyota Rav 4. Hopefully it goes as well on my channel as it did on yours...
Nice robin singing as you are working. :-)
Great job can't wait for the next one
Well that’s all the matters you measure and did a great job what you had to work with . Glad you didn’t need a alignment . Like u said it’s a winter truck .
I like the sound of the birds
Good Job!
Thanks for your advice
nice job bud.... would like a video on how to do all that measuring you mention in an answer below... God Bless!
I pretty much just measured in an X pattern from known points on the frame (like factory holes and rivets). There are actual chassis measurements published for every specific vehicle that body shops use with precise measuring jigs and frame machines (both of which I don't have access to, but I worked in a body shop years ago and understand the concept). I just used a tape measure and checked diagonally and made sure the frame was square within an 1/8 of an inch.
Man I just bought a 1993 F350 that’s got a bent frame that’s kinda gnarly on the passenger front right where the body mount is. The other side seems to be ok tho.🤞
On index 19:17 you did cut the frame anyways? Wouldn't it weakens the frame?
I has to make a small cut. Welded it back together no problem.
Is it possible to unbend the front of a chasis with a portapower and without a torch?
Yes a portapower would work to push a frame out.
Nice smoking frame
I like to know why u didn’t measure anything. No height no x measurement. Even tho it hit it the front doesn’t mean the damage didn’t travel to the back of the frame. How do u know the frame isn’t diamond?
I spent a lot of time measuring. I measured all the factory pin locations on the frame. I measured front to back, side to side, diagonal. I measured the wheelbase. I measured the frame horns. Everything was within an 1/8 inch from the wheels back in every direction. The only thing that isn't perfect is the ends of the rails by the core support and I was able to shim that and make it work. The truck didn't even need an alignment when I was done. It tracks and drives straight. Put over 11k miles on it since the rebuild, no tire wear, no problems.
Get a bigger hammer
That's what she said.
Use a 6×6 Wood To push the whole frame up Or exactly you needed. It will help you so much And it will take a lot of pain off
