Man this game is probably the best sims smackdown game of all time. The roster was much better than smackdown vs raw's. Svr 06 included nearly all the people who were at the time considered to be important. It still had missing people from back then, but it wasn't as big as smackdown vs raw. The gameplay was realistic, but at the same time arcadey to make it fun for the casual gamers, and I wish more sports games did that. Soundtrack wasn't too bad. GM mode was awesome. Season mode while linear was awesome. Its voiceovers were a huge improvement over svr's. The storylines were very interesting, especially the ecw one and honestly, if i want to play through a linear career/season mode story, it would probably have to be this, svr 07 and the day of reckoning games. In my opinion I feel as if the smackdown vs raw series should've begun here, especially since the gameplay changed a lot and the year it came out on was a huge year for wwe. It was during this game's timeline where batista and cena became the top faces of wwe, revolutionizing the wwe during that time. So had they waited a whole year for an approach to go with a smackdown vs raw formula and reboot the series, it would've felt more important and exciting in 2005 than it would've in 2004, especially since smackdown vs raw felt too similar to hctp, while this game felt like a whole new game. Anyways, nice video and speaking of what i said about batista and cena, it was a cool touch that you added their themes to the game. I can't wait for the svr 07 tribute.

@@Seanomaniacwrestlingreviews there were different types of players. Some people were hackers to make their records look good, othera engaged in becoming pretty good througj competitiom and most relished in the drama created by shit talking in the lobby and everyone had their own handle and people took shit really personal. So three groups i guess u could say of types of players. Not to mention the different clicks or clans that had all kind of names ranging from superhero clans to kingdom hearts and horror movie themed clans. Not to mention crrated wrestlers to fit the theme. Pretty great times in 06 getting to play all kind of players. The proplr interested in becoming better played a certain "fair" way which depended upon not using exploits that are unblockable or irreversible moves and only pinning after making at least two body parts red. Some matches were really stressful and fun haha. I will look for some on youtube maybe i can link one or two for you.
