Raw milk, from chilling to the jar

  • Our chilling and bottling procedure for our raw milk. Equipment links below.
    Immediately after milking, the raw milk is filtered in to my transport can.
    Which is then put directly into the chest freezer, to sit in 35 degree water.
    Roughly half an hour later, I agitate the milk for even cooling by shaking the can.
    The milk can remains in the cold water until I jar the milk.
