I'm a picky eater and, at one point, I was trying to force myself to try new foods. I was trying to think of which foods, where, if I got used to them, would i no longer be a picky eater? I decided on sushi because many people who loved sushi LOVED sushi. So I went to a local Japanese grocery store. Of course, they had sushi, but they also had many other things. In addition to sushi, I decided to try a traditional Japanese dinner, which included kimchi. But I had to buy a larger jar of kimchi and the dinner only called for a few bites. So what do I do with a jar of kimchi? I googled recipes that called for kimchi and came across a recipe for grilled cheese kimchi sandwiches. The chef insisted that it sounds weird but I swear it's good. I had made several of her recipes already and all were great so I decided to try it. I was amazed, the more I ate it the more I liked it!
Kimchi grilled cheese sandwich looks delicious! Fermented kimchi, it tastes best if you stir fried first. But, new kimchi you can make it as it is and add some sesame oil. 👍😋🌶️🧀🍞

Kimchi grilled cheese is one of our favorites, we use regular kimchi tho and it still slaps. But we put less filling cause it's way too messy to eat with Ben's amount lolol

@@mrjinkorea Yep, you can buy a jar of basic chilled kimchi at any Vons in SoCal. And for the better stuff no need to to go to Ktown, I get mine at the Korean galleria in the Valley. Easy peasy.
