Thanks for this vid. Start a new job monday and not had the chance to use a manitou before. Controls seem similar to a JLG I was on at the beginning of the year. Basically shit compared to a JCB!
@@cristiancraciun5624 yea I thought that too! Until today I got the feel for it. It's a strange one, pretty small body but a 10m boom stabilizers go down forward. Seems you just have to be a little more sensitive with the stick than a traditional two stick jcb, which I still prefer because the sticks have more feel. I intuitively know how much I tilt by just how much/long I pull the stick... this one seems harder to judge, I keep inadvertently tilting up because the sticks so light I can't feel I'm doing it. I dunno, its early days I look forward to mastering it over the next couple of months. (Three days in and I still keep indicating to change from forward to backward! 🤣🤣)

Mate, when I drive first time manitou, I say in my mind this is shit, but then I realize cause this manitou was very powerful, and very good stability
