for construction, i just spent 43k. but if i include all furniture, decors, tech like projector, screen, aircon, fan, speakers, computer (actually almost everything.. cause 90% of my stuff are newly purchased) - i spent almost 300k. the construction itself was budgeted, but i splurged on other long-term things. hehe
