The only building site, the only level spot, is really, really, close to a neighboring shack. So, it's far back and remote, but people right there? And the shared road access, it goes right past the only building site. 80 acres, only 0.5 is usable. Winter access is a real problem too. Steep
Yes, I wanted to update the property and some of the new stuff like the GPS map. Nothing wrong with the land but it doesn't have a lot of flatness to it because you are up on one of the highest ridges in the area. The road is also not maintained in the winter so you need a good 4DW if there is any snow build up. 5 miles of dirt road, easy if there is no snow.
Yes, true except that there doesn't seem to be anyone out there, you can't see the neighbors shed if you are on the ground and there is more usable ground than 1/2 acre it's just not completely flat.
@MountainValleyRealEstate thank you !! Any input on the legal issues associated with the well? Is it a "shared" or a "community" well ? I understand that whoever actually owns the well is LEGALLY on the hook for supplying water to everyone who has accessed it in the past. If the well goes bad in any number of ways, the owner is legally responsible to bring water up the mtn until a new well can be drilled $$$ But that is hearsay, I really don't know.
I was told that it is just a holding place zoning until the county decides what they want that area to be. They may have a general plan zoning for it but I can't access that easily, only the current zoning. A single family residence is allowed and improvements for a home are allowed.
Watching on my big screen TV right now!
That night scene of the moth(?) was trippy.
Thank you! i agree, it is pretty cool to watch.
Please provide the GPS coordinates for the property so that we can locate it on Google Earth.
I believe you’ve shown this property a while ago, I remember seeing the old atv and the water tank. Very nice, what’s wrong with it? 🤔

> Zoning Description: SC - U - Unclassified District
Does it mean that you cannot build there w/o rezoning?

year round creek?
👍
Thank you!
Will you take $387 down?
You must be poor. I can put $390 down and even $400 if need be.
@@jasras5003 My girlfriend needed $13 to buy some kind of test at the drugstore.
Why is it a mutual well???
So it can serve 4 other parcels there. That is the way it was set up when this area was created.
Mineral Rights?
I don't have a title report but they should go with the land along with the timber etc.
