Can this woman pls go into acting. Her facial expressions a are amazing.
Sorry, but it's a paradiddle that is played on Wipe Out, the sticking is RLRR LRLL RLRR LRLL RLRR LRLRLL RLRLRR LRLL RLRR LRLL RLRR LRLL RLRLRR LRLRLL. The "6" note grouping you talk of is a double paradiddle, after which the pattern is repeated but uses the opposite sticking. This way makes it a lot easier to play and easier to play up to tempo, and gives it the "lilt" or swing. Accents on the first of each group of paradiddles, and of course two accents on the double paradiddle sections. Hope this is of some help.
The key is to not play it too fast. You'll only exhaust yourself. The og recording isn't nearly as fast as everyone thinks it is.
When I was a kid a long time ago, Wipe Out was the song that aspiring drummers wanted to learn.
oooo i need to work on that one for the open jams in town.
Very good explaint. Thanks
Thank you for explaining ❤
Thank ❤❤❤
Did you do Hawaii Five-0 already? Max Weinberg and the ventures?
😂ha ha ha wipe out... Emma you are the best. The Surfaris Cucamonga California 1962 the B side of Surfer Joe... I was 9...
I see what you did there.
It's indeed tasty and delicious..thanks for the easy explanation 🎉
Dude
It would’ve sounded a whole lot better and more accurate on a ride Tom … just sayin.. love ya!!
Ron Wilson, the Surfaris drummer, recorded the original version of Wipeout playing paradiddles rather than a single stroke roll.
Yeah RLRR LRLL RLRR LRLL RLRRLL RLRRLL RLRR then flips L hand lead. But she knows that, which is why she said she's going to show how to play it "the easy way"
@@rockylee9832 ...to which I would say 'easy' is a relative concept. I have no idea why some teachers use the word 'easy.'
That will naturally default to hard for anyone who doesn't, ahem, easily get it.
Somebody had to to be 9...🎉
Tasty
