In the beginning, I would reccomend building 1 infrastructure in the Rhineland (both states)
then putting civs there. Putting civs in Brandenburg, Thuringen, Franken, and Hannover isn't optimal since one of the focuses gives you full infrastructure in all of them

good, but free trade at beginning would make it faster so you can start the war in 1939

Don't build factories in the center of the country till you complete Autobahn build in the ruhr at the start

11:00 Making a puppet is better than annexing since if you make a puppet you start out with 50% compliance.

Usually I don't bother but if you really want to then you can lend lease them a ridiculous amount of equipment that will cause their autonomy to drop so you can integrate then and then annex them.
Alternatively you can build factories and infrastructure in them and that will also allow you to annex them.
      Hope this helps, @@gavinwisener1672

BTw Noto, it's possible to Take Anschluss as your Third focus if you spam out about 5-10 Military factories and convert your army into 2 width cavalry, train another 70 and convert them all to motorized.
I was wondering if you held it off to let Austria do their focus tree but In my opinion you would have a better economic Boost earlier on which is more useful from what I've seen due to steamrolling effects.

    • @Noto

Yeah I do know about spamming troops like that but I figured it would be better for new players to have their troops well equipped from the start.

Very nice but I have other helpful tips
Take army innovations 1 treaty with the soviets and army innovations 2 before 4 year plan for 2 reasons
1 you get medium tanks eariler very good very nice and 2 you get the four year plan bonuses on 1939 tech which is crucial you get very good industry you probably would've reached even more than that
Also trucks you need 3 max really or 4 I've tried that and it worked very well that 1 or 2 extra factories can go to fighter cas or tanks which will help actually
Another tip make the 1938 medium tank cheap a little bit like close support gun 3 man turret radio sloped armor and additional machine guns and christie suspension and jack up the speed nicely you would need 50 or 60 armor is very fine
1940 you make it kinda expensive by putting the best radio improved howitzer which is my fav or improved canon both are top best guns put some sloped armor easy maintenance and heavy machine guns christie suspension and welded armor even cast if you have the economy and jack up the engine
Fighters just put heavy machine guns I've tried it as romania and I got very positive trades (talking about 1:3 1:4 and sometimes even 1:8 ratio)against uk and soviets even as a minor nations it's cheap and nice
Cas get improved anti tank for that juicy anti tank canon II on the cas very high dmg and small bombs best engine and non strategic material usage is pretty helpful if you have green air
Techs get maintenance 2 for tanks for easy maintenance very helpful
Also engineers 2 for flame tanks very good buffs and very cheap
Obviously rush 1939 tech and radio try to get advanced radio pretty helpful at least for me and rush medium howitzer/canon for tanks difference is howitzer is slower but more soft attack helpful in sp canon a little bit faster (0.2km/h) and more heavy attack best for mp
When using field marshal order hold shift while drawing it as it draws it as 1 single order not multiple orders because that might leave a gap in your frontline
Last step get some navy going for the uk build more battleships ships more destroyers spam subs will easily get green sea with no issues and declare war and win

    Hello Man,
First of all i just wanted to say that this is the best tutorial i have seen on youtube. But still i have some questions left:
    Which Version is this?
Do you use No Step Back DLC?
    Or any mods ?
I would really appreciate an answer.
    Have a good day

also around 10:00 you cancel halfway built civs to start them again from zero instead of just lowering the build in state number to 1 and adding to queue next ones in 100% states

    • @Noto
      @Noto  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

For the fundamentals I don't think you need DLC but the game is quite different without any DLC when it comes to focus trees and some of the equipment designers.

    • @billwiley7216

I own the majority of the DLC's and have recently cut them all off and gone back to the vanilla game as learning the mechanics is much simpler and really that is the key to being successful in this game.
Sure as you add dlc packages back in the game will change but it much easier to deal with the added complexities of the DLC's when you have the base game mechanics solidly ingrained beforehand.
