Hey, I work on the scenario time, although not on Berlin. The mod isn’t even remotely close to good yet (Since the allies are lackluster, for example) so I hope you play again once they update the mod. I work on Korea myself, but the majority of resources are dedicated to Berlin.

An issue with this mod is that if it's even close to realistic, Germany has 0% chance of winning.
So either you make the mod with Germany having 0% chance of winning, or you have to make the allies or the Soviets "lackluster" as you put it.

I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure that Germany IRL had 0% chance of winning at this point.
Germany at that point was telling lots of teenagers and old men with no combat experience "you're a soldier now, go defend Berlin". So maybe technically they did, but of course a 70 year old German civilian with no combat experience or heavy weapons is useless against a veteran Soviet tank army.
