I may not have a lot of technical know how, but I totally agree with you on keeping things accessible and easy to fix. I’ve lived in multi unit apartments, sticks and bricks, and I wished they would do that with heat and plumbing as well because things break down and I move into a unit with all these holes in the walls.

A addition you might want to consider for your batteries is to place them on a drainage tile. Those tiles for garage floors or a patio. It will allow more airflow around the batteries. It will give the batteries a balanced temperature from your heater. Canadian tire sell them. Those SOK batteries are killer 👍

Although you have probably already left Ray Outfitted, here is an idea someone reading this may use. 'TIMER'
Get a timer put beside the bed wired up to the inverter so it turns OFF the inverter after set time OR AT set time.
It's good having those switches to turn on and off the output. 100% I would fall asleep with starlink turned on so after checking out the 'starlink power supply pinout' I would be making changes.

Random side note: I looked at the SOK 200ah (great price!) but noticed max 50a charging current - if you use 2x100ah batteries instead you can push in up to 100a charging current (eg 40a alternator + 25a solar while driving).

      • Many people install small common window-style air conditioners that they often buy on-SALE @ the begining or end of the Season.
      • The BETTER type to buy is called a "Mini-Split" . They're twice the price but use HALF (or less ) the electricity ; quite common overseas where electricity is very expensive , but largely unknown in the U.S.
      • In your house , you'll SAVE those dollars back in a year or two. In an RV , you'll save the need for more batteries , solar , etc. WELL WORTH it , but people are resistant to _change_ 😱 .
