Well written, two great stars excellent filming what more could you want? Oh Steve Mcqueen’s commercial at the end perfect. Thank for sharing a rare one. Time well spent.
Ahh, Josh. My first love, along with Clint Walker, Chyanne. They’re both dead now, but I still watch everything they appeared in. And I’m 76 years old. Oh, and let’s not forget Charles Bronson. Another one that I really respect. His love for Jill Ireland, and his family, was a great for inspiration to me. True love and faithfulness still exits❤️❤️❤️
I've been watching 2 episodes every morning for 8 years on H and I Channel, it's my favorite western along with Have Gun Will Travel as a close second.👍❤️
Fabulous way to plug a new show at the end of this excellent episode---with McQueen introducing himself I also think it's nifty how the studio intertwined the two shows as a way of introducing Wanted Dead or Alive. I've seen many episodes of McQueen's show; in Trackdown he is very stiff in his new role as Josh Randall. His delivery of script is much more relaxed by the time he is immersed in his own show,---the resultant bounty hunter being a superior persona.
Steve McQueen was doing a tv western similar to Clint Eastwood on Rawhide before becoming big stars. Many of the big stars were World War ll veterans. My father joined the service while he was in the 10th grade. He said, the most important thing was to protect our country from our freedom and democracy. Most of the World War ll veterans have passed.
Good, Grief! McQueen was terrible in this pilot for Wanted Dead or Alive. Surprised it even got picked up. But he improved a lot, refining his character into the less cocky, more slow talking, thoughtful quietly heroic Josh we came to know in that great series. In the movies he became a star in disparate roles, often exploiting his love of speed and proficiency with fast cars and motorcycles, but I believe his best films were westerns. The Mag Seven and Nevada Smith being classics of the genre.
13:27 -- "It's not him!" Am I missing something? Why did anyone think it WAS him? Perhaps this will be answered later? I don't get the feeling it will though.
Show me some more of Josh Randall's movies could more movies out there what are you doing you guys got these movies you don't want to show it to her I'm sitting here I like cowboy movies like Josh Randall hey there. Yeah show all of his movies

That cut down Winnie was a total joke. Nobody would ever actually want one of those - all the disadvantages of a rifle and pistol with the advantages of neither.
This VIDEO "PROVES" many people don't PROOF-TYPE the WORDING on their Computer Projects. They SCRAMBLE through the Project and expect it to be right. SOMETIMES, they're wrong.

The unaired version of the Wanted: Dead or Alive pilot (with the WDOA title and different theme music).
Never realized "The Bounty Hunter" was intro'd here! Steve was just "too cool for his shirt"!
The narrator dude is really giving us the tea. He really knows the assignment

@@davidbelgrave3891 It needs to have a DVD release. Wanted Dead or Alive has, but not Trackdown.
Robert Culp was both surprised and annoyed at the popularity of Steve McQueen after he debuted on Trackdown.
Love from Sweden 🇸🇪

Thanks for rare!
McQueen looked like such a pencil-neck. It's hard to believe he'd make the cut in action flicks today. He'd probably play a waiter or fry cook.
Thank you.
where trackdown season 1 episode 7
where maverick episodes
Josh needs a bigger hat.
Houston is waaaaay Southwest of Big Bend,Texas.
Houston is pretty much Due East of Big Bend.
Really lot of narration/exposition for this spin-off episode.
Two heavy hitters from the 60s Malibu gang. You know they're from the Westside because neither of them can sit a horse. Haha
😁👍👌👊🎬📽

The SUBTITLES don't always match the words spoken.
What a pity sir,it's youtube who don't match the subtiles...keep punching🙏😆🙏🎬📽👍👌🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Cut the blame subtitles off. It's put there to confuse the deaf.
