Being European is your culture, heritage, history, and bloodline. Not because you live there. You can live outside of Europe and still be European.

nope your bloodline says nothing about being european you have to live with other europeans to understand, to be part of the system and to be part of the culture
or you aint european
just because your heritage or nurture is a bit more diverse it doesnt change that you were never part of any european society so you cant be european when you live outside of europe because your life and your environment isnt european (excluding: you lived in europe for at least some few years and you really were part of the society)
