I dont know what it is about this band but whenever I close my eyes and listen to them, my imagination goes into overdrive!! ❤️ The Royal Albert Hall in London is renowned for it's orchestral concerts..this band would be a perfect fit for that as they are simply the best at what they do. I'll be seeing them at the Co-op Arena in Manchester in November, I'm so excited!! #worship

If you can, watch some of the music videos, especially the one for "The Love You Want", its gourgeously shot, and very poetic, the first time I watched it, I was in awe. Same goes for "Fall For Me", the music video for that was very powerful and emotional, and vulnerable.
Not that I have to tell you, but keep deep diving on Sleep Token! However I highly recommend you checking out “Karmanjakah” (mixes metal and ethereal vocals)… the song “Flying” is a good place to start. They aren’t Sleep Token, but I think you’d love them too… Thanks for your channel and reactions
9:06 if you love the guitar in this song, there is a band you need in your life and that is Fightstar. They are inspired by them as well as Deftones. This is my favorite track on the EP

The first EP is so hauntingly beautiful between Vessel’s angelic voice and their super heavy grungy breakdowns. 💖 I love seeing how they grew exponentially between One, Two, and Sundowning, especially in terms of the experimentation & genre bending! My favorite on One is Fields of Elation 🥰 Great reaction!!
I wonder if you can hear the way his voice has evolved over the years. He's quite a bit younger on this EP and I think that comes through, despite his raw talent being on full display. Also, V programmed the drums on this EP, ii didn't join until the Two EP. So yea in other words, V did everything.

Sleep Token's songs should be in soundtracks of movies, the athmosphere is so haunting. Their early music is already so great. Glad to see others feel and think the same.
Again, I love the Silverchair reference! They were a huge influence on me growing up and one of my all-time favorite bands, and I totally see what you’re saying about how sleep token kind of gives you the same vibes, especially the neon ballroom era! I’m going to see them in Tampa, and I was shocked that they’re coming to Florida because bands don’t come here all that often anymore and it will be my first time seeing them so I am extremely excited! I got the nosebleed section, but as long as I’m there, that’s all that matters! Also, the video for Thread the Needle is really interesting if you go back and check it out on your own time! It kind of helps show the introduction of Vessel becoming Vessel and summoning sleep! When you get to EP2 I highly recommend that you watch the video for Calcutta along with the song because it is absolutely incredible, and so artistically done, in my opinion 😁

The male voice in any band is the deal breaker or maker for me when it comes to committing to a music band. And drums...my god...when drums breathe and ebb and tide with music, it is GOLD. Few bands earn my undying devotion. Sleep Token captured me immediately and has not let go. I do not think another band will ever have a hold on me like this one does. I am incredibly serious, and overjoyed!! Toronto, Massey Hall May 27 2024 Concert Date is set. I am going alone as well. No one I know cares to explore ST. Living in Toronto , especially when it comes to new & interesting music is boring, but ST has resurrected my love for music! I have not been to a concert in 20 years. To say I am enthused is a severe understatement. Here is the real kicker: Sleep Token is a team of TWO: Vessel I (vocalist, guitar, piano, production,etc) Vessel II is on drums. I am beyond impressed with ST!
Love this EP! I'm glad you're going through the discography, SIeep Token makes a lot of references to older work, which just makes me love their new stuff even more. PS. I'm starting to suspect the eternal blue reaction isn't being uploaded this week after all
I was here 17 minutes after you uploaded and watched both EP reactions, but had to come back to comment. I can't wait for you to get to the tomb album, Sleep Token has become one of those bands where my favorite songs switch up, which is fun. That being said, the Tomb album has some serious heavy hitters, and just have some of the best vibes I've ever heard.
