Now i know my atherosclerosis is not from animal fats but from omega-6 oils that we used for frying in decades because i am a pescitarian, only fish and vegetables, mostly milkfish. Bad LDL fats clogged my veins/arteries because of bad omega-6 fatty acids dominantly. Now i started using omega-3 oils, olive oil and salmon oils which is omega-3 oils that should be more enough than omega-6 oils to avoid imbalance.
