Maybe AI will out-poet all of us! It's like a sponge soaking up all the creative sparks from the humans and then taking over! So what will be left of us? And has Lana written a song about this? 🤔
Like other people said, I think the script lacks depth and personality. Personally, I think that in order to get the most out of Lana's music and to really submerge ourselves in her art, we shouldn't be looking for critiques of societal norms or societal narratives (except for the Lust for Life era maybe). Like Lana has already said in multiple interviews, her music isn't supposed to be a mirror of anything other than her own life, her own experiences. I think it's enough to delve into her world, without expecting to spot any messages or metaphors or any thought-provoking themes. Her incredible storytelling does that for you, if you let it, it carries you gently into her world, where nothing is right nor wrong. It's the only thing that's really hers. We are so lucky to be able to have a look inside, even through the small peephole that is her music.
Finally! I appreciate the approach to highlight the masterpiece of Lanas music but it was completely from a wrong perspective. Her music is her journal, listen to what she actually is singing about rather than analysing every word
