Gus Kahn wrote this in 1931. It was first recorded by the Ozzy Nelson orchestra. Ozzy was Rick Nelson's father. Many singers did it. Like Ella Fitzgerald, Doris Day, Louis Armstrong..........Can't wait to hear your take on it.
