      You can rent it out for 30 years and still stay in 5 star for 1 month every year and also pay for flights out of rent income.

    75 lacs for a small room , no ways, this will be a bad deal, talking about the club house and other feature, it's not something that will be private, I bet the security fee and maintenance charges will be quite expensive, that too with waiting time on gym,swimming pool, sport areas during peak time.
    The 450 sq ft rate even in hills goes like 35lacs

    The whole property does not meet any of the accessibiliy guidelines. Access to all the area in and around has the huddle of steps which is only nice looking, but a person like me who is wheelchair dependent can seldom go anywhere. This overly minimizes the social responsibiity aspect of the property. I just can't believe that Tata too has stooped to the level of making money only.
    Secondly, the person who introduced the apartment and its features should take it a point to avoid sun glasses while talking to the public, it simply steals away the sincerety element from his words. His usage of the world "over" nearly took on my nerves, he can't say a single sentence without the word "over".

    It is all in name of Tatas, but the looters ar in control of the state admin. Rs4 0 goes to politn, 20 admin,20 bldrs , rest costs of actual const . These kind of properties are for super elite group s in India,.... is great

    Very bad planning. The view from the studio apartment is sad. Main balcony has a view of the houses and the pillar blocks the view of the mountains. The balcony should be on the other side with direct view of the mountains. And I am surprised that everything is ready but the sample apartment which is what will sell the project is not done. Not worth the price at all

    Stupidity 75L plus registration plus furnishing. Gurgaon mein 2 bhk milega with 25-30k rental. Iska rent 10k bhi mil jaye ganimat hai. Rehne do tata myst .
