    All i know is working here at bfi4. Is way better than any other amazon facility ive worked at so far. I havent ran into one supervisor that doest make safety the #1 priority, no matter the shift. Only thing that drags it down is associates sitting on cell phones, running to the bathroom every 10 minutes or constantly leaving for water when they havent even broken a sweat. Only downfall is the people so dont take it seriously. If your package is late. Thats why.

    Maybe they should add a Port-A-Potty. The workers could use that as it goes by, and then go back to their station.
    Don't mind me.

      Nothing at all... Why they ain't showing stowers getting their own whip, or the 5 min walk to the bathroom or the AM walking around with a laptop from station to station giving associates bad news ..lol smh.. there's a reason why tier 1 associates aren't allowed to have their phones. A lot of shit would be revealed ..

    Maybe you should tell the truth. About how Amazon in kent terminates 3,000 disabled American workers a month in Washington state and discriminate against are fighting men and women I watched as they worked a guy so hard he stroked out on the shop floor another lady passed out another employee had a seizer all in 1 week of work

    • @cbarron4002
      @cbarron4002 6 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Very true!!
      Amazon doesn't treat their workers well, discrimination is on the top. These people just trying to survive each day but mistreatment is unbelievable. I wonder why something is not done about this shitty place so call slavery Amazon. May God punish all these evil employer's

    • @TheMicanou
      @TheMicanou 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      So if they terminate 3,000 a month... how long did they do that? They can't do it forever since there's only a certain number of disabled workers. You can't keep firing certain people if you aren't also hiring certain people. And having personally worked in "Chop shops" before where people are just numbers, if you are that stressed on the job, you need to walk out. I've seen people have seizures at work too, but they loved their jobs, so that isn't a prerequisite to a bad work place.
      But as I said, I've worked in places like that... and I left places like that and didn't look back. The door swings both ways. Better to work at Walmart than that kinda crap.

      @@TheMicanou yep indeed but you have to remember amazon started in washington state where they look the other way police theft homelessness they look the other way.

    “Nearly anything you pick to buy, is picked packaged and loaded on a truck within 45 minutes after, you submit your order. And Amazon tells us that is now to slow for them. They are working on a system that will cut this time down to? Ready for this???? Within 15 minutes! Picked packaged and loaded on a truck in 15 minutes. And right Amazon is the fastest in the industry. By far. “

      @herxoxo Nah, I was up north so I drove through all the Seattle traffic, or the 405 traffic. I probably wouldn't have taken the job because of the commute, but I was part of the first group of people hired there, and starting a job in a brand new building was enticing.
