The problem is u can pull Arle if u like her but if a new player wants to pull then there's no point of having 2 pyro dps's. U can either go Neuvillette and then either arle or Mavuika
10:32 whenever comes to white tassel arlec build u need lot high atk power to consistently do dmg each atk so to overcome that problem just use atk goblet and lot people think it will lower dmg by lot its not much big difference it will around 10k dmg lesser but with atk goblet u will able to deal dmg higher without any crit issue problem comparing with low base atk white taseel with pyro goblet.
Mavuika needs natlan characters to work properly, if you want to use mavuika as a support without natlan characters, then she will work properly only if you need pyro application, if you need buffs from mavuika then you need to use burst, and that burst take 100 natlan energy to use , so if you don't have natlan characters consider this atleast for now ( I hope this changes) and if you are thinking of using normal attacks to recharge mavuika burst then consider this , 19 normal attacks recharge only 27 energy for mavuika .
Damn telling you bro clorinde is hard to build also her artifact domain is very trash and annoying to farm good luck then i main her and after building her for 5 months her max damage isn't worth it . But if you want a electro dps then surely pull for her cuz she is the best also she has bakery and booobaaas 😊
I suggest that if you have confirme pity pull neuvillette and skip mauvika because she comes end of vision 5.7 or 5.8 and also wriothesley come if you like him ,so you wan primo . If he gone then i don't know when come😑😑

No he won't be stronger than Arle with 4star .but pull such that you'd have two teams ... If Mavuika uses Bennett and you pull both arle and Mavuika you wouldn't be able to make two teams... Plan your two teams then pull strategically keeping supporting characters in mind
