@@00vondough00That movie you're thinking of is War I think 2005. By then Jason was already big, especially with the success of the Transporter movies.
Stathams breakthru was the US success of Snatch and then Transporter imo. John Carpenter wanted him to lead Ghosts of Mars but the studio went with Ice Cube. But this film did boost his profile.

To think we almost got this movie as a launching point for The Rock’s movie character if he didn’t choose to be The Scorpion King. Instead of Jet Li’s insane martial arts fight scenes we woulda gotten The Rock being a brawling brute along the multiverse

If you noticed when he kicked the bars, they became bent and crooked @ 2:22. It’s due to Yulaw killing off his versions and causing the energies to transfer to his living versions. Making them stronger, faster, and extremely intuitive.

Do you guys notice the subtle difference in Gabriel Yulaw universe and this one? In this one, he is a criminal alongside one of his colleagues. In addition, one of the members of the MVA is a police officer and Gore is also president.
And the police in this universe are better equipped than Gabe Law's Sheriff department.

It’s defintely an easter egg. But like i said i do have a easter egg video in Jet Li The One as well, which means good for having a nice replying as well to me etc.
