Marvin is secretly top tier and nobody can tell me otherwise. I have played good Marvins that are borderline impossible to get it because he's got the whole screen full of projectiles that you have to obstacle course though to get to him and now seeing your Marvin, you took on these people including the #1 Superman bro. I know Marvin is a difficult character to use 4 many reasons but a good Marvin like yourself is extremely difficult to beat especially with characters that have to get up close to attack you like Batman and Superman. Good job bro you are insane!
Yeah, I read them. That projectile is do important for denying space and they just killed it. Marvin wasn't even that good in the first place and they just killed it
@supawahoobruh9816 His most serious problem is a lack of kill lower. About everyone else has a way to kill around 110%. Marvin only has rocket and if he misses that it's on a 20 second cool down. He is also useless when he has no cooldowns. He is free to rush down and kill at that point since he has pretty bad normals. He was good at controlling the ground space but now in the recent patch they nerfed his jab3 so controlling the ground space is way more difficult. In all Marvin just has to work 3x as hard to get a kill than most other characters in the cast. And you have to outplay them 9 times out of 10 to win. You can't just win on character alone He's not bottom tier tho but hes near it.
I almost never see good Marvin’s using bubble to trap rocket. There’s quite a few opportunities this set that you could have bubbled a rocket to just create free pressure on what was essentially a useless rocket anyways.
In this matchup I'd rather keep bubble for denying space and zoning. That slow projectile will stop batman from essentially rushing me down the whole game. If I use it for rocket its basically free for him to come at me. Bubbling rocket is good yes, but the slow moving utility of bubble is way more useful at times imo

Hey man just read the patch notes and they nearly halved the duration of his side attack projectile... Major nerf IMO. Feels bad

I use it for combos and when they are at rocket kill %
